Expectations

When you have your party with Soccer City, we will do everything we can to make your party easy and stress free, while also giving you and exciting atmosphere for your celebration. With every party we strive to deliver high-energy activities and on-field coaching that is age appropriate. To help make sure your party is the best it can possibly be, we have outlined a few things you will need to know. But you can always call, email, or visit us on the web.

Pre-Party Communication:

One week before your party we will contact you to finalize all details for your party. Please note – our child/instructor ratio for ages 4 and under is 9/1 and ages 5 and up is 16/1. An additional instructor is required for any party exceeding that ratio at an additional cost.

The Day of Your Party:

To make sure your party starts on time, we do ask that you arrive a little early to set up anything you would like. You can arrive up to 30 minutes early for set up in our party area. We have lots of space to help stage everyone until your field is ready. On the field the coach will follow a special curriculum that is age appropriate. Special requests can be worked out. The party area is yours after the first game on the field. If there is a party before yours, party cleanup takes about 10 minutes. Also, all participants MUST fill out a waiver. We do have extras if someone forgets to fill one out.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Things change. We understand. However, by taking your reservation we exclude others from that spot, regardless of whether you host your party that day, cancel, or reschedule. Therefore, if you cancel within less than 15 days notice, there is a $75 cancellation fee. Rescheduling is possible, but there is a $75 rescheduling fee if done within less than 15 days notice.
